Have it good, but wonder if it could be better. “Is this it?” is a regular thought creeping up.
Know you need to make a change, and don’t know where to start. At the same time you are also terrified of getting stuck where you currently are.
Checked ALL the boxes to achieve your success and still feel like something is missing.
Feel that burn-out about to kick in - can't keep going at this pace.
Need help in the **doing** rather than the **knowing**. You know what you need to do, but it’s been a while since you’ve done the things.
Don’t want to do the exact same job, day in and day out, for the next 25 years (back to the “Wait, is this it?!” question…)
Are looking for more personal/career development.
"Is this it?" - Another year doing the same thing, feeling frustrated and stuck, not going after or creating what you actually want.
A blend of Elle Woods, Beyoncé, and maybe a little Monica Geller (from FRIENDS) sprinkled in too! Going after your goals, not overthinking it, and not asking for permission to do so.
Get you to start dreaming about your life/next goals (again).
Take ACTION rather than getting stuck in research mode.
Support and encourage each other because we know there is enough success to go around.
Make ourselves a priority too - in addition to rocking our careers, we prioritize being healthy all around - mentally, physically, and financially (YES, you can have it all).
My story is slightly different from most entrepreneurs and coaches. Mainly because I love my career in the corporate world too. In a way, I stumbled into this amazing journey.
I have always been obsessed with goal setting and am one of those "overachiever" types--which I fully embrace and love now. I knew what I wanted to do for my career since high school, worked extremely hard all through college, and achieved that dream job right out of college--one that roughly 3% of applicants get.
A few years in I had the hard realization that the dream job wasn't the perfect fit for me. This took me a while to accept. Then I finally realized if I wasn't happy or completely fulfilled then it was on me to change. So I took the scary leap and landed in another awesome job in the corporate world.
The reason I say my story is slightly different is because I have always loved my career and what I do for work full-time. I have built all of my coaching businesses in pockets of time on the side of my full-time job. Right now my vision isn't to be completely free and "make my own rules." (Although I do think it's an added bonus to have options!) Instead, my main goal is to show women just like me that they can do both! You can crush your career and also set crazy ambitious goals on the side too. It doesn't have to be one or the other. You can make both work and design a life you absolutely love! As a certified Executive Coach and Behavior Change Specialist, I not only coach and help you go for more, feel and sound more confident, we also use practical, tangible, goal-setting strategies to help implement new healthy habits and routines to help reduce overwhelm and bring you even more joy and success.

"After months of following Brittany on Instagram and feeling like she is literally talking to me, "that she gets it".... I decided that I wanted to achieve that "big crazy dream" that so many people said I couldn't do.
I also just wanted to become a better version of myself, exercise, eat better, learn to take better care of myself and really live the life that I envisioned for myself."

"I got accepted into a PhD program that I did not think I was qualified for. The purpose of sharing this vulnerable statement is because we all have doubts that hinder us from moving forward or taking risks. What separates us from others are the actions we take. If I continued to doubt myself, my accomplishments, and my attributes, I wouldn’t have applied to this program. I am now one month closer to my childhood/adulthood life goal of becoming Dr. St. Pierre."

"I love the way each month is a topic that is genuinely compatible with just about any stage I might find myself at - whether it’s starting a new goal or after I’ve been knocked off a solid streak of sticking to my routine. There is always refreshing and inspiring content to keep me moving forward."

"I initially decided to join the membership because I was excited for Brittany's motivation and encouragement. I took the extra step to start working 1:1 with Brittany because I was feeling extremely overwhelmed with trying to build my practice and I really needed the extra support. It is hard growing a business and I felt like I needed someone else in my corner to help me, or even just to be my cheerleader to help me celebrate my wins, and Brittany is THE BEST at that!!"
"One of the biggest realizations I’ve had is thinking more purposefully about the life I want to build and how my goals will get me there. I have spent nearly the last decade very focused on my career, checking all the boxes, and at some points simply going through the motions. I rarely took a conscious step back to think about the bigger picture and the legacy I wanted to create."

"I think I've had two things that have really been game-changers for me. The first is that of having a morning routine. I took what Brittany provided as a starting point, and then figured out what I needed in addition to that. I make a plan every week for what I want my morning to look like, and then each morning I have a plan for my day. I give myself learning opportunities, and action items. Because what good is a plan without action, right? The second thing I've learned, or perhaps knew but needed reminding of, was that I'm responsible for my path. What I put in is what I will get out, and what energy I give is what I get, no matter the goal or the situation."
